I don't know why this watch is getting a less than perfect rating from others. I purchased this watch legit to make sure my son got out of the shower at the gym on time to get where he is going. Update: The company reached out to me and offered me either a refund or a replacement watch. I bumped my rating up by two stars for that good customer service, and I'll provide another update once I have the replacement and see how it works. This watch looks great, was a good price, and I enjoy wearing it. The problem is that it keeps stopping. An unreliable watch is a big problem. Unfortunately, I was out of the country and didn't get to return it in time before the return window closed. If it worked properly, I would have given it a five-star rating.
